Because I have a lot of pain on the right side of my body, I started looking for Morgan to take classes, including several instructor courses and regular classes. During the process, I not only learned to release my tense myofascia, but also learned to be aware of my body more. The first time I approached Morgan was for pain management because I was injured playing tennis. Morgan's approach is different from physical therapy or ordinary massage. Instead of "treating the symptoms rather than the cause", he will find out the core problem through conversation and observation.After the pain disappeared, I went to Morgan for regular maintenance, and I gained different insights every time. For example, better understanding of the body and how to reduce chronic strain in daily life. I felt like Morgan was teaching me how to protect myself, and I didn’t need to look for him. My greatest benefit is that if I stay in a good mood, my pain will be reduced. Good life leads to good health! !
