Chakras refer to the energy centers of the body, which are somewhat similar to acupuncture points in traditional Chinese medicine, but also different. The flow of chakra energy is closely related to physical structures such as muscles and bones. In addition, some emotions or psychological thoughts will also be reflected in the fluidity of the chakras. Taking the navel chakra as an example, it is related to the flexibility of the waist and lower back pain. Emotionally, guilt will affect its energy flow. When you carefully observe the people around you, it is not difficult to discover the relationship. Optimistic and happy people have more flexible waists and are less likely to "reminisce about the past." People who often feel guilty about past events and often say, "If only I had done something different in the past, things would be like this now," have a stiff waist.
Of course, chakras are not science with accuracy. They are just a set of tools left to us by the ancients to understand the body. There is nothing religious or mysterious about them. Everyone has emotions, and pain is common. Aware Body & Mind Centre wants to share with you some knowledge that you may not have noticed before, because we have helped many people improve their self-awareness through this.
