Classes
Fascia Release
Intro
Muscles are designed to move in all directions, namely concentric, eccentric, isometric contraction. Muscles are engaged in a proper way if your joints are mobilised. Every muscle has its own nature and functions, the tensions of the muscles establish good body movements. Stiffness occurs when you are doing too much muscles contraction without relaxation.
In addition, if you are forcing yourself too much after your muscle drained out, the mechanical force will be absorbed by fascia and joints causing adhesion. Next time when you want to move in the same way, your adhesiveness does not allow you to do that. The more rush you are, the harder you go back to your normal motions. Pain and discomfort will further bother your motions and decrease the range of motion.
Fascia Release class helps you to release the tension in the muscles and improve range of motion, you can expect a “lighter” or even pain free feeling after class.
