Meditation for All
Many people misunderstand meditation is only suitable for religious people, it is actually just a state of mind to live in the moment. Some beliefs induce fear in people’s mind on meditation, but meditation is a kind of awareness of our body, mind and soul. We have the same biological structures to do the same practices regardless of your backgrounds, the ultimate purpose is to live in the moment with ease. Eating and meditation is a similar concept, no matter what your culture is, you need to eat for survival. For meditation, we all can do that to improve the quality of life, there are numerous ways to meditate depending on culture and habits. Research shows that meditation can increase the power of gamma wave of brain, which results in higher awareness.

We will practice chanting Om in a seated position, it will bring you calmness and clarity when you connect yourself with the universe using the sound “Om”.
Meditation and Consciousness
Many people are unable to sit quietly or relax their minds for a long time because of the judgment that is deeply rooted in their minds. Judgement means judging the right and wrong of things on your own, and having negative emotions about your own mistakes and other people's mistakes. Negative emotions form negative energy, which is difficult to let go. Build the ability to understand the truth and reduce negative emotions. Many minor body pains are caused by nervous tension or the inability to let go of certain emotions. Understanding your own level of consciousness will help you build a more comfortable body, mind and soul.

No Comparisons
Some people may struggle with different kinds of practices and religions, assessing which is better, insisting which is the “best” way to be. There are no right or wrong, just embrace every moment, every person and every theory as what they should be. Be your own self and connect with the very present moment. Some say that they don’t hurt life and be a vegetarian, good. Some say it is not enough, we should go vegan to avoid all animal products to do better, good. Some say that vegan is not enough, we should avoid all artificial products and minimize our exercise to reduce carbon dioxide emissions to protect the earth, good. This kind of conversation never ends, all kinds of comparisons never ends, because they try to distinguish right or wrong in the matters without right or wrong.

Conflicts, anger, guilt, fear and pride are all originated from judgment. Conflict starts from defending yourself of being right. Anger starts from thinking others doing wrong. Guilt starts from thinking yourself not being right. Fear starts from thinking you not being right enough. Pride comes from thinking yourself absolutely right. Being open mind is the first step to let go your past, emotions, pain, etc. You may regret you made a decision a few years ago leading the situation you are being in now. There was no right or wrong, you had already done your best at the moment, the situation cannot be avoided in any universe, take this chance to forgive your past self and embrace your presence as a present.

Karma
According to Sadhguru, there is no right or wrong in the karma system, but everything has a price. If you violate the law, you will go to the jail. If you help others wholeheartedly , you can feel satisfaction in your heart. If you help others on purpose, you may ask for return. If you have children, you need to take the responsibility of raising up. If you love conditionally, you tend to judge the behaviour of others. If you love unconditionally, you focus on yourself and spread love without expectations. We cannot define right or wrong in the karma system, but we may deduce a reasonable outcome from the acts or thoughts.

Now, we can easily understand why meditation and sacrifice are common in religious leaders since they are not looking for karma, they try to minimise them, they are only sending love to the world. By simple and disciplined meditation practices, we can reduce karma entanglement with others and send love to others.
