Awareness through movement
Every movement is joyful and pleasurable like babies moving around to explore the world. We can remove our own obstacles and pain by raising awareness. Sometimes you are too busy and tensed in your daily life, body becoming stiff and blocked. The stiffness and pain will occupy all your senses and you cannot focus on more important matters. Join our Aware Body & Mind Exercise, Yoga and Fascia Release classes to move freely again, Let’s be playful with our body and rejuvenate together!

Resonate with acceptance
Everyone was born differently and everyone has their own past and cultures. Acceptance is the second step that you will not force yourself to fit in others’ path to be satisfied. Pretending or twisting your own personality can create unnecessary stress on your emotions and body. After being aware of your blockages, you would not want to bring the blockages back. Join our singing bowl class to feel the resonance of sound and energy. Personal services might help you to recognise which part you are not aware of. All of our certification classes are filled of experience for you to explore your own self.

Living in the moment
The only real moment is now, the future is in your imagination and the past is only history. It is the moment of truth and enlightenment. People always regret about the past and are anxious about the future. Through meditation or other mindful practices, we connect with ourselves and we will discover the “as one” concept of the whole universe. All human beings are the same yet different, all life events are meaningless yet meaningful, we are a neutral observer of our own life in the very present moment. Our Meditation and Chakra Certification class assist you to understand more about the philosophy.

How it happened
Each person's values and personality are shaped by genes, family background, race, upbringing and self-awareness. Self-awareness is just one of many factors, but it is the only way for you to become your true self. For example, in the Chinese traditions, continuing the family line was very important, and adults who did not have children would be criticized by families and friends. Not having children does not cause any harm to others, but others are hurting you through the traditions. The list of examples could go on endlessly.
Every word we have heard since we were born can easily influence our own values. Even if there is nothing wrong with you, too many values of right and wrong make you deny others and even yourself. Then you start to subconsciously compare yourself with others, afraid that you are not doing well enough or that you have made mistakes. You may have achieved a certain degree of success in different fields, but your soul will not be satisfied because comparisons will never end. Then the body starts to become tense and even sore, and it becomes more difficult to accept new things.

There is a high chance that you are still living your life in a way of judging right and wrong, rather than experiencing life in the form of open awareness. Raising Awareness

Everyone is free to live in the moment without obstacles in our body, mind and soul. Body is an expression of mind, trauma of mind can be stored in the body and subconsciousness, and body becomes stiff, rigid and painful. Movement, sensing, feeling and thoughts are the main components of how we experience the world. Aware Body & Mind Centre aims at promoting movement, sensing, feeling and thoughts awareness in order to clear obstacles in all areas to create calmness within self. We are all able to move and live effortlessly and in harmony with the environment through awareness practices of movement, sensing, feeling and thoughts.
Be All Rounded

Some people are more concerned about mindful practices and seldom pay attention to the physical body, they may suffer pain just after 15 minutes of meditation because their muscles do not allow them. You often hear the phrase “suffering is a part of practice”, but being aware of the body to reduce unnecessary tension and pain is also part of the meditation to let go what bothers you. On the other hand, some people are more concerned about physical exercises without awareness, they may struggle with chronic pain after years of training as they skip the very fundamental part of movements, vigorous practices reinforce tension in muscles and joints.
Some people are familiar with the phrase “no pain no gain”, but the pain does not mean hurting your body endlessly. Ignoring some parts of sensing usually related to ignoring some parts of movements. Same kind of injury repeated because there is something struggling in your body movements. In other words, movement, sensing, feeling and thoughts cannot be separated.

Aware Body & Mind Centre is a rainbow bridge with all kinds of experiences to help you connect with your true self. We integrate exercises, philosophy, meditation, yoga, chakra and singing bowl to create a full experience of your own self. We do not judge people for being right or wrong in all the practices, we inspire people to move, sense, feel, explore, discover and evolve through experiences. We believe in one’s potentialities to discover and heal our inner self. We do not teach the correct way to move, sense, feel or think, but we share all the possibilities we can have. You are the world as you see it, you are free to explore your answers through experiences.
Founder

Morgan has been training people to be stretching therapist and Fascia Release therapist for a few years and he also helps people to live without pain by different means. He has certifications in Yoga, Meditation, Singing Bowl, Reiki, Stretching, Fascia Release, Personal Training, Running, Nutrition, Chinese Medicine Nutrition, Face Slimming, etc. He is aware that many people are suffering from different kinds of pain because of lacking self awareness. People often overlook the connection between their body, mind and soul. Through Aware Body & Mind Centre, he wants to incorporate mind, body and soul as a united expression instead of practicing piece by piece.

Accepting diversity
Since the hippie movement in 1960s, people around the world have been more emphasized on cultural and religious diversities. Remember that you and your neighborhoods have different cultural backgrounds, leading to different understanding on philosophical matters. There are numerous ways to transcend level of consciousness regardless of religious and cultural background. Mindfulness and spirituality are no longer mysterious and hidden in the religions. There are more and more people worldwide sharing the philosophy of how to raise our consciousness and it encourages more people aware of their own state of consciousness. The spiritual awareness has been raising constantly until now, some people name it as “New Age”. Now we are in an era with the easiest access of the information from the heritage of our ancestors 50 thousands years ago to the inspirations from different cultures worldwide in recent years.
Consciousness map

Consciousness map is one of the core values of Aware Body and Mind Centre. It is a map of consciousness developed by Dr. David R. Hawkins through the method of kinseology. All motions and emotions are originated from consciousness, if you are mainly in the anger state, you act angry and feel angry easily, these can be easily observed by a trained third party. Body is felt by mind, mind is dominated by consciousness, consciousness is observed by awareness. Awareness is where your “self” originated. Consciousness map helps us to understand behaviors of ourselves and others as mind is dominated by consciousness. Awareness helps you to identify the state you are in. If you are in the state of fear, it is difficult for you to have courage. It is also an orientation guide for growth. It is literally a map without constraints, the destination depends on where you want to be in.
