Physical and emotional pain are both irritating. The original cause is an area that we did not pay attention enough. We simply wanted to hide or skip the feeling of a particular area in order to get through that particular moment. For example, when you wanted to move an heavy object in an hurry, you would recruit fast and superficial muscles and forgot to engage the core muscle, it was where your pain originated. Stress is always with us and we would hide our stressful responses as much as possible in order to perform “well” in the society, we had been trained to ignore how we felt about things.

Once upon a time, you were bullied by loved ones or friends, you were sad and wanted to stop the way it was happening. “Tough” was being taught to you as a positive and strong character, you hided your feeling and smiled to things you didn’t like. As time goes by, you forgot who you were and blended over for your family, your relationship and your everything you were being in. They are all the pain we hided.
