Aware Body & Mind Exercise
Awareness philosophy
In normal cognition, we only distinguish the difference between awake and sleep, it is the difference anybody can tell. On top of it, there is awareness. When we are awake, we should also notice if we are aware of our movement, feeling, sensing and thoughts. Are you aware of your body pain, subconsciousness trauma or your life purpose? For example, a man only finds his hips are uneven after seeing doctors or physiotherapists, it means his walking state is more like sleeping than awareness. In other words, many people are not aware of their own bodies, but they will be noticed by third parties when the pain becomes intolerable. Many childhood trauma can only be found during hypnosis because we tune down our awareness of it in order to neglect it. However, all that pain and trauma are affecting your daily life without you even noticing them.

Although the tensions and stiffness are somehow obvious, we tend to rationalise them as an aging process or normal body conditions. Almost all the children are walking with hip rotation. After sitting too long in the classrooms or offices, some stop the hip rotation at 20, some at 40, some are still walking like a children at 60 without any waist, hip or knee pain. Self-awareness is crucial to identify the missing elements of body movements. Aware Body & Mind Exercise is nothing new, but we provide guidance for you to experience your whole body movements part by part from scratch.

Aware Body & Mind Exercise allows you to use your innate senses to relearn a new way of moving, eliminating previous obstacles to movement caused by nervous tension. Some muscles are in tension without you even knowing them, the muscles will hinder movements and create pain in your body. Aware Body & Mind Exercise guides you to be aware of every details of your movements and changes your muscles behaviour through the nervous system. The movements are simple and suitable for all walks of life, the purpose is to increase the awareness of your body. The tensions of muscles will be eased after practice and the result is long lasting.

How is it different from other sports?
Aware Body & Mind Exercise coexists with all sports. Understanding the subtle movements of every part of the body will help you perform better in other sports. Many sports training focuses on large muscles and ignores fine muscle coordination. Aware Body & Mind Exercise can improve your coordination and give you a better sense of the body. Taking yoga practice as an example, generally speaking, the body pain of regular practitioners will continue to decrease. Some practitioners may be anxious to complete certain movements, but are unaware that their bodies are temporarily unable to withstand certain postures, causing the muscles, fascia, or even joints to compensate and cause pain. Aware Body & Mind Exercise strengthens your awareness, allowing you to be aware when your body cannot bear it, reducing the chance of injury. If you are a sports coach, we recommend that you take a certificate course to enrich your body's neural senses, which will help you perform and teach.
