Resonate with Acceptance

I was talking to a friend a few days ago, and she told me that one of her colleagues was very emotional at work and kept complaining, which made her very troubled. Most people tend to get emotional about things that are beyond their control, such as work that they are not sure whether it will produce results, or children that are difficult to control. Their emotions are not malicious, they just appear because the reality is different from what they imagined. In this example, there are two methods you can try. The first is to talk to your colleague, allowing him to broaden his thinking, increase his room for error, and reduce his emotional constraints on the incident. The second is to understand the event in a resonant and accepting way. Everyone has times when their emotions are touched. Be more tolerant and guide your colleagues to return to the essence of their work rather than the emotions brought about by the work. Everyone can let it go.

Everyone's attitude towards others reflects their inner thoughts. When we meet people with more negative emotions, we also understand that they have a lot of entanglements in their heads. If the time, place and people are right, you can comfort him. If you are in a bad state, try to stay away from him emtionally.
